I had a horrible experience a few weeks back with one of the staff members (younger woman), there was another customer that witnessed the entire altercation.

I was using an empty cart to transfer my clothes to the dryer, but after a little while the young woman began screaming at me and asking me where the clothes in the cart were. I was so confused and shocked at her quick assumption that I was the one at fault when all I did was use the empty cart I found just sitting around like any other customer would do. After explaining to her my side of the story, it seemed like she was still upset at me and had a lot of animosity? Again, I had absolutely nothing wrong or out of the ordinary, just trying to peacefully do my laundry like normal. There was no apology or anything after the fact. It’s a shame because the male staff member and older woman have always been very kind and helpful to me in the past, but this negative experience makes me want to never go back again. Nobody should be yelled at like that when they did nothing wrong, end of story.
