This was my sixth or seventh time coming to this laundromat and it will definitely be my last. In the past the night shift lady told me I had to stop the machine before opening the door which I had never heard of at any other laundromat but I said fine and moved on. Today though she was super confrontational for no reason. I was minding my business using the machines normally and she suddenly told me to slow down and accused me of slamming the machines which I was not doing at all. She said they could break because of heat but her tone was aggressive and unnecessary. I walked away to avoid drama and when I came back I literally saw her slamming a machine herself. When I pointed that out she doubled down and said not the way you were doing it which made no sense. For the record this place has no joke like 40 or 50 cameras hanging from the ceiling covering every angle so if I did anything wrong it would be on camera. I was not damaging anything just doing laundry. Instead of letting it go she kept hovering lecturing and arguing telling me maybe I should not be in public spaces and that I should buy my own machines which is wild to say to a paying customer. The constant watching made the place uncomfortable like the cameras are not enough and she has to police every move. The guys who work there are cool but this particular employee makes the experience stressful. On top of that the machines smelled really bad almost like backed up sewage which the owner should seriously look into. Even with free drying it is not worth it and I will not be coming back.

So this morning was my first and definitely will be my last time at this laundromat. I get there go to the ATM take out money and change it out for quarters, I walk around with my laundry bag checking out the prices of the machines to see which one is going to be the right one for me for the amount of clothing that I have. Then I was approached by one of the employees there and she rudely says to me "are you going to wash"? I didn't hold my back up and say "yes , why what's going on?" and she ignores me. I say "mamm"? Still ignores me. So I grabbed my stuff and left. I'm going to tell my friends and family about the experience I had at this place.

The staff and service are very poor. The washing machines don't work and have a bad smell. DO NOT GO TO THAT LAUNDRY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Clothes smelled musty after wash with 3 out of 5 machines I used. Number 50-54 40lb washers. I came here because it is 24hrs and the decent reviews but as was stated in a review about a year ago there is an unnatural scent that clings to the clothes after wash. I used downy cool cotton scent booster, downy infusions balance crisp rain and blue eucalyptus, as well as oxiclean odor blasters and the difference in smell between the 3 and 2 is night and day. I will have to redo these loads elsewhere. I did inform staff and they stated that there were other machines that had the same smell upfront and that a previous patron with extra spicy clothes had used. Let that response influence your own choices. I will attest that the outer area such as parking lot, isles, seating area, and outside the machines are clean and tidy but just walking in you can smell a weird greasy smell which is just emanating in the front. I thought it was due to an old looking popcorn machine sitting by the rest area chairs but it makes me think how often they actually maintain the inside if there machines.

I think I was having a really bad day until I came here this is the best laundromat I've ever seen or ever been to the customer service here is top-notch super clean safe secure and free dry highly recommend this place....

All washers have a damp strong odor when I open the doors. It smells like dirty water being trapped inside. I love the big machines and dryers.. smallest washer is $4.75 .. so you still pay a little extra to make up the free drying.. but I wish it didn't smell so bad. 😕
