LIES!!! Parking lot is coned off. I park & walked over. The guy is closing saying that they have to do something and will be open tomorrow. Aren't you 24 hrs? Yes, but we have to do something to the machines. No post on media about or nothing....

I’ve been coming for a while but today around 1am I was accused of just using the dryers. I live far away but come here cause it’s the only 24hr I know. The woman that worked here asked me and I answered that I did wash and she told me that she could check the cameras to see if I’m lying so I better just tell the truth. I don’t see why I would waste gas to not spend the 4 dollars on washing that’s kinda stupid. I usually wait in my moms car and I don’t fold my laundry there cause of covid. She said it was “just a question” but she kept expecting me to confess to lying which I didn’t. It wasn’t just a question she kept pressing and I was annoyed it was 1 am I was tired I didn’t want to deal with her.
I understand the rules but maybe check your cameras before calling me a liar?

I love this facility itself, but the manner of customer is horrible especially weekends. There are many trash on the floors. Some people taking counters before their laundry has done so I can’t fold my clothes. Children sitting on the counter but their parents don’t say anything to their children. Some people wash their shoes with regular washing machines. Sitting on the counter, taking counters, and washing shoes are prohibited. There are signs. I’m so stressed and considering using another place.
