enountered what seems to be an employee or just some random drug addict who broke into the office.. this alleged employee screams at his customers, and assumed I came in just to get quarters and leave..? I have a whole car full of dirty clothes I am washing for multiple families.
truly would not step foot in this place again. one laundry cart in the whole place, and it's duct taped together.. the tape is even frayed and dirty. half of the equipment is out of order. the person chased us through the parking lot because we left after getting change.
if you don't want to get quarters to refill your laundromat, maybe start up a laundromat that only takes cards.
I was going to do a bunch of laundry, and will instead take my business to Gladstone. Top Notch would never treat their customers like this.

First time visiting this laundromat because I happen to be in the area. I used the change machine to get $15 in quarters and then turned to purchase a box of Tide detergent that cost $1.25. I placed 5 quarters in the machine pushed it all the way as stated and when I pulled the lever out nothing came out of the machine. No detergent, no quarters. Yes it’s only $1.25 but after just spending $7.00 to wash a blanket I would’ve liked to use the $1.25 to dry if the detergent machine does not work. I contacted the number on the sign and no answer no response. I am highly upset at the lack of response and care for customers who utilize machines here for it to take their money. Not cool at all! Even worse there are signs posted stating you will not get your money back but a credit for the next wash. I would not come back here nor is this my neighborhood laundromat. Frustrated and dissatisfied.

Very clean, most of all of the washers and dryers work. I used the 7$ ones im not happy with how they came out, not very clean. So I wouldn't use the very back row.. dryer worked great...
