This is my usual go to laundromat. I usually go on Sundays but I decided to go in today. Usually on Sundays, there is a very nice woman that works. Today however, the woman that was working was extremely rude to me and multiple other customers. While I was getting my change out of the machine, the machine was out of coins and I simply asked to get my two dollars. She got all irritated and I was told that I “better hurry it up” She also had her mask off a few times as well which is absolutely not okay during a pandemic.

The older lady that works at this place is not a nice person. You think if some one was in the service indusrty they would at least be semi personalable. However this woman is just plain rude. Plus the dryers don't get hot enough to dry and it take 25 cents for 5 minutes so your there a while

The employees aren’t friendly, they’ll openly gossip and complain about other customers and employees amongst each other.
While the storefront is clean, the personalities and attitudes are not. This was a horrendous first impression on local laundromats and dry cleaners
I wouldn’t recommend this company to any friends or coworkers.
