A I think 'coolness' is a made-up word. I don't know what it means. What does it mean hepcat?

A Hi Courtney, have this happen to me I think I would talk to the owner and have the owner talk to the one that give you a hard time. So she'll think twice before she does it to someone else. I haven't been spoken harshly to yet.

A Wow. I have never been yelled at when at this establishment and hope I never will. Sorry for your bad experience and hopefully they will remedy it somehow.
