TERRIBLE customer service! I had a photoshoot and at the very last minute after going over details the seamstress could not do the job! I could have taken it elsewhere if I was notified properly, no apologies, no NOTHING! We're not gonna even talk about the clothes I got back that was still STAINED!

I brought 2 winter jackets in to the Biddeford location in September with an October 7 pick up date. When the date came, I couldn't pick up my stuff as the store is CLOSED 3days a week. On the 11th, I went to the Biddeford location to pick up my dry cleaning, only to find a sign on the door stating closed until further notice. If you have items to pick up, please call the Scarborough location. I did. Got an answering machine 2 times. My partner called the Saco store. A woman answered and she agreed to come to the Biddeford office once she is out of work, and get them for me. She asked for my cell number, in case she's running a little late. I gave her my number. So I got to the Biddeford location 15 minutes early, with my 2 grand daughters and my dog. After being there an hour, plus the 15 minutes I was early, I had gotten there early, I called my partner to tell him, not only did she not come to the Biddeford location, she didn't call either. He called the Saco store again. She WAS STILL THERE. She told my partner she was waiting on a ride and would be there in 20-30 minutes. She never showed and never called me. Eventually I had to leave to feed my granddaughters, WITHOUT MY PARTNERS 2 JACKETS. I am beyyyyyyond pissed. Do better!!!

Brought an extra large down filled comforter in to be cleaned at the Saco location (dried on food residue) and the woman was very helpful and said it needed dry cleaning and couldn’t be washed. i left it and within a week it was done and it’s perfect! The current store associates are kind and professional - very helpful. Highly recommend!

Dropped off a coat to get gum out of the liner. Came back a week later and was given back my coat that had obviously not been cleaned at all. They still tried to charge me for the complete lack of service though. SCAM much?

Good Laundromat, clean, lots of machines, plenty of space to fold plus a sitting area with benches to wait at. They accept credit/debit cards as well as cash and have a loyalty point program. There is always an attendant on-duty and they accept dry cleaning and laundry by the pound if you don't want to do the laundry yourself.

Update: still great!
