I feel like it was a waste of time putting them in the cleaners because they came back the same way I put them in. They were too sweatsuits, black and white and a gold one. The black-and-white had a lint balls all over the sleeve and legs. nothing was taken off. I was unhappy next time I just wash them in the washing machine. I’ll probably get a better job done. if they couldn’t clean them, they should’ve just gave them back not charge me $24. I have four pieces came to $48 and change. Thank you for nothing.
Hi Sylvia, we're sorry you're not happy with the cleaning we did on your sweatsuits. Please bring them back and we will try again for free. Just request a "redo" at the counter. Regarding the lint balls, de-linting is not part of standard service and is usually only offered on sweaters for a small upcharge. However, if you request de-linting on your sweatsuit, we will assess whether or not it is possible to do based on the material. Again, please ask about the possibility of de-linting at the counter. We appreciate your business and the chance to make things right!

Outstanding. They replaced 2 buttons that were missing on my overcoat at NO CHARGE AND WITHOUT ME ASKING! Now that is what I call over the top customer service. Also my coats came back AWESOME!! I never do reviews but they deserve it. I will NEVER go anywhere else! Thank you.
