This is the dirtiest laundry I have seen in a while. 1/2 the machines were out of service. And the atmosphere gave nothing. Service was poor as well. LaundrYuP and booms are much better.

I had a wax stain on a very expensive shirt. I tried everything I had read online to try. Nothing worked.
I took it into Pratt abbott and they saved the shirt.
Plus all.the attendants were so helpful

I called about the price to hem a pair of mens pants. The lady said we don’t know the price until they are completed but it’s usually around $6. Well they charged me $11.50 and when I complained and said I was told $6 the lady says well I guess it depends how much material they take off. Seriously? DO NOT USE THEIR ALTERATIONS SERVICES … not having an up-front price list for simple jobs is a ridiculous scam.
Hi Kevin, we're so sorry you were misquoted on the price to hem pants. Our standard price is $11.50. The person you spoke with definitely made a mistake, and we will take this opportunity to retrain our staff. However, $11.50 is a very competitive price to hem pants. All of our alterations services are intentionally priced below market value as a service to our garment care customers. We understand that it's frustrating not to have an upfront price list, but the work of alterations does require a price range based on different types of fabrics, the condition of the garments, and the complication of the work. Only an expert tailor can make a fair assessment when the item is in his or her hands. Again, we are sorry for our mistake, and we hope you are pleased with the results of our work.
