Lady in Kennebunk is about as NASTY as they get. She is completely unprofessional, rude, and sarcastic. Idk if she hates her job, or just people, but she needs to be retrained on how to deescalate sitiuations. I have seen her go more than one round with tourists and locals. ITS A LAUNDRY MATT, not a bar.
