THE WORST MOST FRUSTRATING place to ever do laundry. I've been here a handful of times thinking it's going to be better and I'm let down every time. 75% of the machines never work. I hate this place so much. Go somewhere else to do your laundry trust me. There's nothing more infuriating than going to do your laundry and having to spread all your things out amongst the 9 working small machines when you can do it usually in 2 med/large machines. Eff this place. All these pics are from today

We had smoke damage to 6 bags of clothing/ blankets/ sheets etc. Pratt and Abbott exceedingly took care of this better than we would have ever expected. Very professional.
