Arrogant and rude for apparent no reason whatsoever. They are prejudice. They don’t have restrooms or much space nor seating. Also next to no space for folding laundry. And Boston should keep it real on reviews.

Came in from a red eye flight and needed to do landry the people who work/own this store are amazing. (Lowk passed out and they were very kind and let me sleep for like 20 minutes)

Great place to have or do your laundry owners Isabell and Rosa were great clothes were neatly folded and smelled great liked that the laundry mat has brand new machines and clean establishment. It's also located steps away from hanover st so I can get an espresso and dessert while waiting
