Laundromat and a coffee bar…genius! Great, high speed washer and dryers (60+), baskets for easy loading and unloading, many tables for folding, free wifi and a FULL service coffee bar. You know a place is well run when the manager is slinging coffee himself; thank you Spencer!

Sunday night note on the door saying last load 8 pm so I leave

Monday night, washed and had 3 dryers of clothes going while leaving for the next door car wash. Arrive at 9:14 to the lights in and locked doors. The phone number listed went unanswered. Another patron arrives to get her clothes. The employee who was clearly still inside didn’t come to the door despite it being knocked on. Lights eventually went off around 925

Had to close my office the next morning to retrieve my cold, not completely dry clothing that hopefully hadn’t been gone thru. The manager on duty was frustrated with the situation as I explained it to her and was gracious enough to provide the owners number.

Here probably the worst part of the situation: upon texting Julian explaining the issue the response was odd. To say the least. While I was thanked for the information it seemed the focus was more on the staffing and not the solution. It really was none of my business that (insert name here) had to close and (insert another name here) was no longer with the company.

Not once was an apology given.

After explaining it took a span of 3 days, time from work, money spent in the facility as well as more money spent on drying elsewhere one would think customer service would have been existent. Nope. Nothing. No sorry, no here’s your money back, no credit applied to an account, nada. Not even a fake plea of hopes for me to try them again.

Which, I won’t.

WOW this was an amazing Laundromat. Very clean, great staff. Fast, easy and great coffee while waiting!

Wow! Our washer broke down and we needed a laundromat. After having a negative experience at one last week, my husband found Quantum online. What a delightful experience! The facility is so clean and bright, all payment can be done electronically so no need to find an atm or deal with tokens or quarters. Lots of space to sit and enjoy a coffee or smoothie from the cafe, big windows letting in lots of sunlight, great music playing… and the nicest young woman helping us navigate everything! I will absolutely only come here from now on. If comfort, cleanliness, and good service are your priorities this is the place for you!

This place is by far the best, most cleanest, and nicest laundromat I've ever been to and will keep coming back! The staff are so kind, helpful and friendly. Family friendly is a major ➕️. We drive 4 hours once a month to do our laundry and ❤️ the experience is like home away from home. This place makes doing laundry like a little vacation for yourself. Get a cup of coffee from the cafe, play a little fussball or do some college homework using their free wifi!
