Great spot to do laundry if you’re traveling. Wash for $6/load. Clean and efficient. Sussing out the computer system takes a minute, but once you get it the rest is pretty seamless. We do laundry all over the world and this is nice.

Love this place! New machines, coinless...all done on the app. You can even go to their website and live check if the machines are available or not. Lots of seating and coffee and snacks! Yes! Did 2 loads and 2 dries in 1 hour. Awesome!

LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! My mother and I were traveling from out of state and we decided to stop here to wash our clothes. The staff here was super helpful, they explained how the app and kiosk work, and when we accidently messed things up they happily helped us. It is very clean, the WiFi works very well, I sat and did my homework during a load, and then we decided to go to the store and the app notified us that we needed to come switch the clothes. The environment is very calm but friendly and I love here. I wish I lived here so that I could come back regularly.

I’m staying in a hotel and the laundry situation is not ideal. Came to Quantum and was blown away by this place. Easy process to work the machines and staff were super helpful. Very clean and they even have a coffee bar with snacks and muffins. Bathrooms were clean and paper towels stocked. I tell everyone about this place that wants to get away from the hotel's laundry nightmare. I would always come here to do my laundry. Thank you staff for all of your help.

Hello, so me and my lil family are visiting my in laws here in alaska, and we decided to find a laundry mat to do our laundry due to the hotel laundry mat unavailable. We googled search for the nearest one and found quantum lounge on there and decided to make our way down, 1st off it was so clean and the washers and dryers were clean. We walked in and this amazing young lady SING amazed us so much from start to finish with her customer service by helping us bring all 6 duffle bags in from our car, and even helped me load all 6 washers and dryers. It's hard to find good customer service in the world, but we most definitely felt welcomed from start to finish, sing you are 👏 amazing. Keep up the good work. We will see you soon in November 2025. It was our first time there today..Very clean facility, love the Cafe being inside made it very comfortable. Staff was nice Nice to see the tvs on and playing movies. It is kind of spendy but it's nice that you don't have to use quarters u can use your debit card instead. Recommend adding extra time to dryers for heavier clothes or items as they don't get very hot and we came home with damp towels and hoodies.

As someone who once owned a wash and fold laundry business in another state, I am deeply disappointed and upset with the way I received my laundry back. My laundry was only partially folded and thrown into trash bags. This is the second time I have received my laundry in such a manner, and it is unacceptable. I paid $81 for this service, and presentation is crucial when it comes to wash and fold services. Laundry should be professionally folded, neatly placed in clear bags, and with the air released to prevent any damage during transportation. I kindly request that you research and train your staff on how to properly return a customer’s laundry order.
