Helpful and caring owner as well as a pleasant atmosphere. Machines wash clean and dryers are quick. Everything you could want while doing laundry. There is plenty of seating and clean folding tables as well as a children's area. If you care to spend time outside while waiting for wash you can take a stroll near the Root River and dam. Will definitely be a returning costumer.

Love this place! Great prices, the washers get everything really clean and the dryers work well, I like that it is just a quarter to add ten more minutes if needed.
My girls loved the kids area, toys and books.
It is also next to the river so you can walk down there while your clothes are washing and drying.

I've had no issues. I also bought a 12 oz bottle of aquafina water for a dollar from the coke machine; twice.

They have much older machines than newer laundry mats, yet they sound pretty solid!

The quarter dryers are a headache... You've gotta wait for them to quit running for 8.5 minutes to insert another quarter. They have newer quarter dryers, but you outta know the older ones dry faster than the newer ones.
