Thieves among us!
I sent 10 twin sheet and 12 pillow cases to be cleaned, as well as about 15 individual bags of personal laundry. Each bag had money inside, once charged a receipt and change would go back in the envelope for each bag. This all came from a tour that was passing through Seattle. All the crew sent out laundry on 7/21/25
When we all got our individual bags back I had a receipt for $40 in the envelope. They charged us exactly what was money was in each bag.
Again, 10 twin sheets and 12 pillow cases cost me $40 to clean. It was delivered and picked up by the tour. Robbery at its easiest!

I also have been trying to call them all day and nobody’s answering phone. I will pay them a visit next time I’m in town for work and question face to face. They stole from over 20 people in just a few hours time who sent their laundry to them from my company. The slip doesn’t even show how much weight was charged. Just how much was in the envelope!

$15 to wash and dry a king size comforter. I brought my own soap.

You give cash/card to the laundry room attendant and they use a laundry card on the machines for you.

Felt hurried in and out of there without understanding the pricing or process. Attendant will move your laundry from the washer to the dryer which... okay.. I guess??

No option to wait inside so hang out elsewhere. Dropped my laundry off around 5:15pm and picked up at 7pm. My item was still damp.

I got scammed just for 1 bag Laundry for $60!! Got me messed up. Never going here back again. I don’t recommend going here.

Good rates, but the place is a little run down. Got the job done. $5.00 to wash and dry if you have your own detergent.
