In Seattle, it's hard to find a laundromat. While searching, we came across this one: it's what you need. I was worried after reading the reviews, but we had a good experience. For $7 for clothes washed and dried, it's decent, and the manager is a very friendly man. I recommend it!

I have 2 laundry rooms in my house, I live in Olympia, WA.

I enjoy this place so much that I make the drive to wash my unmentionables here.
Great people, fun times. Fantastic place.

The old man working there is super rude and micro manages you while trying to do your laundry. I won’t be going here again.

NEVER EVER go to this laundromat. The attendant, an old white man, was extremely rude and confrontational. We accidentally left an expensive shirt hanging to dry and returned for it, and instead of a simple interaction, he made a big issue out of it and was unnecessarily hostile.
On top of that, the place is dirty, disorganized, and wildly overpriced. Three loads of laundry cost over $50, which is absurd given the condition of the facility. Save your money and your patience and go elsewhere.

Not self service. A man who appears to use this space as his own personal living room is very pushy and saying he has to pay for the services. He inflates the cost and has poor social skills if he is in fact an employee here. I wish the owner would comment and confirm this is standard operating procedure and create a website with prices posted. Creates a poor customer experience.

Fluff and fold service not recommended. All of my shirts came back inside out. Socks are still all crumpled or also inside out. Doesn't have honest, consistent, or transparent pricing.

I went to this Laundromat to do my own laundry.

As soon as I arrived, the man told me I had to wait because I had too much laundry to do. Very well, I waited outside the door, as there was nowhere to wait. Then he shows me the 3 machines to use, and tells me I'll have to pay him at the end of the wash and dry. I put my laundry in the machines, he starts them up with a card and then orders me to iron at the end of the cycle, as I can't stay there.

So I have a coffee at Starbucks while I wait, then come back 30min later. The same procedure is imposed on me for the dryers. After telling me which ones to use, the manager inserts his card, runs 2 drying cycles without asking my opinion, and tells me that the total will be $24. Yet the machines cost $2.25 + $0.75 per dryer.

If I calculate correctly, that should have been 3*2.25 + 6*0.75 (3 *two cycles), or $11.25. So why $24? When I asked, the manager invoked COVID...
Scam, to be avoided.
