Can’t say enough good things about this place. I called a few days before needing a suit cleaned in a rush for a wedding, and Sam not only remembered me when I came in, but the owner approved the rush at no extra charge. Then when I messed up and showed up an hour after they closed, the owner actually came back and let me grab my suit before my early morning flight. Above and beyond… twice!

we recently had a fire and took our clothes to queens and they were the most amazing and reassuring staff! they cleaned our clothes very thoroughly and were very timely! would 100% recommend queens!

I stop in here often due to the nature of my business. The employee are super friendly, there is never any waiting to drop off or pick up, and all the laundry is cleaned, folded and bagged, which makes it super nice for easy storage and organization at the properties I clean for.
