I used this place once before and today I just dropped off my laundry and the girl inside was rude! When she told me that my laundry could not be picked up until Wednesday and asked if that was ok and it took me a minute to respond because I was thinking of what day I was going to be back in town and said yes then she proceeded to ask if it was being dropped off for someone else I said no and she started to act funny like I was doing something wrong and then proceeded to weigh my laundry and then wrote up a slip and then told me that I could I could pay on pick up and then as I'm waiting for her to hand me a slip she looked at me like I was crazy and said you have to pay now at drop off and I told her you just said you I could pay at pick up and she in a rude way no I did not and you have to pay now like I never had to pay up front for my laundry to be done unless I had enough to do it right then and there and I hadel something to pay for when I left and now I'm going to be short and now I'm going to have to wait until tomorrow to get this stuff I need! I don't think I'm coming back unless I am doing it myself!

I came here with a bunch of pillows and comforters. I had no idea how to use the machines. Jen, the attendant, was so nice and helped me with everything, even recommending how much detergent to use and which size machines to run. The facility is clean and the prices are reasonable.
