It's a laundromat. Clean and most of the machines are in good condition. Closes at 7pm due to covid.

The dryers at my building is currently down and so I decided to go. Most of the machines in the laundromat are not functioning and when I put mine in one that I thought was working, there was a leak. The floor flooded and I tried calling the owner. It kept going straight to voicemail and I have not heard from the owner since. Just bad customer service and not the way to run a business.
Do not go there.

Operations time on the doors says 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM. They locked the doors at 9:45PM while my clothes were in the washer with 3 mins left. Walked there at 5:55AM and waited until 6:33AM and doors were still locked. Owner/operator needs to be professional and respectful of customers time and business hours posted. There’s no service number to get any assistance at all. If I could give him half a star I would right now. Poor business ethics and behavior.

Nice place to wash clothes , however people like to use the change machine and mess the crapper up too much.

Locked my clothes inside at 9:25pm when operating hours ended at 9:50pm. Didn’t answer phone and owner was nowhere to be found. Inconvenienced my whole night and morning. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Half the machines don't work. It's in a great location, but you're going to be playing a game with the washers of "will this washer shake so hard that the machine falls apart" or "is this going to leak all over the floor"

I needed to dry my laundry and was more than willing to follow their posted hours. I showed up at 8:30 pm to start the dryer and again at 9:45 to pick my stuff up.

Their doors are apparently locked before 10 pm, despite what's posted on the actual building.

I then had the joy of coaxing another patron in this place to let me in. That person was nice enough to do so.

I have a big problem with places that don't follow their own rules.

Both the ATM and coin dispenser were out of order, meaning I had to return home. Guess I'll have to get more spare change somewhere else. Needless to say I no longer have time to do laundry today. Only close enough laundromat I can use in walking distance.
