Pretty decent, clean, and never too crowded, my big two issues are that its a tad pricey for the size of the washers, and the machines are all quite old, so if you wanted to get the most out of your high efficiency detergent, you may want to go elsewhere.

Idk how you can run a place that cleans clothes when your building is so dirty. Half of the washers are filled with garbage half the time, Got someone new basically living in there every month. The change machine is either out of order or just not working with no sign. Some of the dryers just don't work, still no signs. Seems like the only consistently machine in there is the soda machine...

At least half of the machines were out of order, most of which had signs to let you know but some without signs. Although the floors and glass of the dryers was clean, I saw visible old in the washers I had to use as I put detergent in. I was surprised my clothes did not smell after using this laundromat. Only one two-seated area for sitting so not recommended for the elderly or others who need this accommodation. Restroom said 'out of service' yet staff used it, making environment feel unwelcoming.

No place to sit or wait. No clothes baskets, so have fun moving wet clothes to a dryer. Dryers mostly don't work. Had FOUR dryers today that took my money, tumbled, but no heat at all on any setting. Had to haul wet clothes to Mound St. Laundromat, a MUCH better laundromat.
Edit: I believe the dryers were not working today due to a gas outage.

all the washers in my building broke and i was in a pinch so i came here. nice and quiet, all the washers/dryers work. nowhere to sit, but thats okay. vending machine and capsule machine made my time more fun too

I get in, I clean my clothes, I get out. I go early in the day (around opening) and don't encounter any issues. Lots of the machines are busted, but the ones that do work clean my clothes well.

expensive and very poor quality. the machines are constantly not working and eating quarters. i’ve lost so much money here and nothing ever gets fixed.
