A little dirty inside, sticky looking floors and gunk on counters, also sort of smelly like mildew. No bathroom, and most of the dryers are out of order. I got stuff done, but, I don't think I want to come back.

Very unprofessional. Their dryer destroyed my clothes and after waiting forever on the phone (the only way to contact them) they told me someone was gonna come over to look at them and refund me, of course that never happened. Avoid going there if possible and especially not with nicer clothes. Very disappointed.

Top loader is 1.75, the machines look quite old. However, they get the job done and takes only about 30 minutes for a load.

There are 3 commercial front tripple loaders. Cost is 3.50 and is worth every penny. Around 30 minutes and you have 2-3 weeks of clothes washed.

Dryers are at 25 cent intervals, and are not worth it.

There are laundry carts to assist moving the wet clothes and several laundry stations to assist with folding.

The a/c is wonky sometimes, the change machine isn't always in service, but there aren't many laundry options in downtown Madison. Therefore, this one delivers its promise of being a convenient laundromat .
