This place was one of my favorite laundromats in Muncie. However, the past year here has been terrible. Almost every machine is broken, no exaggeration. If you want to come here, I’d recommend waiting until it’s practically empty with customers or else you won’t have a machine. Making a guess I’d say about 75% of their things are broken and have been for months, so I’ve lost hope in this place.

I like this laundromat because it is clean. It has lots of machines that seem to be kept in good running condition. There are lots of folding tables and carts. And, maybe best of all, there is always an attendant there to help with what you may need. Oh, and, they offer laundry service. I've never had them do my laundry so I can't rate that.

Wow thats how this manager is thats so unprofessional and sad. Well I'm definitely taking my business Elsa where for a few reasons. 1 the big lady aka the manager that works of a day time is rude and lazy and dose not want to give refunds when machines take our money . 2 the girl that drives the white van is always sleeping like she's high on drugs but she dose clean. The other lady I don't see that offen and the times I did see her she was always cleaning and was nice 3 most machines are broke down even the dryers. 4 I went to see about getting a controlled climate storage and the smell from the 3 drains with standing water in them was horrible. 5 of a day time you can't use the restroom but they will let you at night. Iv wrote a few notes and put in the box thinking maybe something would change but nothing has so the owners must not care to much about this location the one they have on Garkey is nice and the workers are friendly. I would not recommend going to this location on Macedonia it's horrible they should be shut down.

Not friendly staff at all. Most of the washing machines are out of order, and instead of having a sign on them they put tape on the coin slot. One of the washing machines wouldn’t give me back my quarter I put in that was an extra. The old guy that works there was rude and not helpful. The lady walking around collecting the coins is rude too. Wouldn’t recommend and definitely not coming back.
