No sign saying you only get tokens. Washers use tokens and the dryers use quarters. How does that make sense?

My favorite laundromat for many reasons. The price is low, there are many machines available and there are 3 or 5 load machines for you to choose from. There is an attendant working during the days to provide customer service.

Overpriced but not the issue. We did about 5-6 loads of laundry, all getting done at once and we had our clothes in the dryer, 5 of them going mind you, we were the only car in the parking lot and right outside the door working on a tire. Realizing the time being 10:02 I went to go check on them and the doors had been locked and even with knocking nobody came to them...which meant all of our clothes sat in the dryers overnight, so we get here at 6am when it says they are open-lights were turned back on, caution wet floor signs were back out but the doors were still locked and it seems that no one is here. When you call the phone number it immediately hangs up on you, there's not even an option to leave a voicemail. We ran into a man snowblowing the area and he stated that the place "kind of just runs itself"...this is ridiculous...they 1-could've got our attention to let us know to get our clothes and 2-(simply) just opened their doors when it states they are open!! Very aggravating and we will never be customers here again, hopefully we find another laundromat that accepts the dollar coins they give you for your cash!!😡🤬
