Please, friends! Don't put shoes in the washing machine! I think it's so disgusting. Then you put your clothes in and they even smell bad! You should check this more.

I haven't counted, but if I had to guess, 60% of their machines are out of order. I've continued to go there because I still had money on the card that the other reviewer mentioned. One machine in particular has had standing water in it for several months now. The plus side is fairly reasonable rates, if you can get there on an off day when you can get a functioning machine.

Will never come back to this place! My laundry were still dirty and I spent all that money! It didn't even smell good like most clothes that get washed should. The place is clean but horrible washers!

I used to go here when the place first opened and it was clean, reasonably priced, and had an attendant that you could get help from. I started going here again a few months ago and it’s changed. You can never tell which machines are going to work and there’s no way to get a refund on any machines that don’t work. Once, I managed to find an older guy who worked there and after I told him about my issues with a machine, he told me he would fix the machine but not give me any money back. The numbers listed for “emergencies/broken coin machine” doesn’t work at all. I would not recommend anyone do their laundry here unless you want to gamble on wasting your time and money.

We've been here a few times. Very clean. Well maintained. Easy to get change. Clean bathroom. Ample room to sort, fold, and organize laundry. Variety of washing machine types. Dryers dry fast. It's expensive, but what laundromat isn't?

How much do your washing machines cost for a load?
Some odd verbal inflections of disbelief, "Let me put you on hold."
3 minutes later "I'm sorry we don't have that information available."
Me: "Okay well I'm trying to do business with you if you can't give me that then I'll have to go elsewhere."
