The truth is that the place itself is very clean, including the washers and dryers. But the staff is terrible. There are two young women who are hateful. You ask them questions and they act at you. They give you dirty looks or simply respond rudely. They should have a more ethical and friendly staff.
And it's not the first time they've done this; it's been a couple of times.

I've been coming here for about 4 years. Used their pick-up services during the pandemic and occasionally the drop-off service when I don't have time to stay.
Washers and dryers are always clean and functioning, there's a vending machine for detergent, bleach, and other supplies if you forget to bring yours. The ATM and quarter machine paring always comes in handy. With a range of washer sizes to chose from, I've been able to wash all of my blankets and bedding in their largest machines.
Currently (Feb 2024), their smallest washer is $4 a run without any additional settings. More expensive than the one in my apartment building, but it's reliable and gets your clothes clean and dry without any fuss.
I recommend their services to anyone in need of a quality laundromat.

I have to say that this is the best service I have tried out. It’s convenient for me with my work schedule and the kids school schedule. It is affordable and efficient as well! Great staff and friendly owners!!

I live near by and come just when I need to wash big loads. I walked in at 8 they close at 9 there were 2 Hispanic women working the older women approached me and told me they close at 9 I told her I was aware. I had 1 blanket and sheets to wash and 1 load to dry she said ok if I put the one to wash right away. I was done a few minutes before 9. I had to ask the younger woman a few times if she worked there she barely acknowledged me. As I explained to her that the dryer that I was using had a big bolt loose in it which had ripped through one of my sheets, she just shook her head, Yes kind of dismissing me, which I did not appreciate in the least. Not, I’m sorry or we will look at it. I didn’t expect her to do anything more than acknowledge it. I’ve been coming here for years this was the first time I’ve had this kind of experience.

Heard about this place on Facebook and decided to give it a try! I chose the pickup & delivery service, since I didn’t have time myself. Plenty of availability options for both pickup & delivery. You can also customize your order with different detergents, softeners, and special instructions. Super quick, easy and no hassle! I definitely recommend this locally owned business to all!
