Arrived at 7:50 with last load in sign says at 8. Had issue with machine as first time there and got them loaded up amd ready to pay jist to be told I cant do laundry as it was 8:01pm. They ended up letting me do it which was nice I guess- just ro turn around and see the some vending machine is empty and other one is broken. Prices are good but whats a laundrymat without soap for the wash..

It was horrible!!! The worst laundry facility I've ever been too. I've traveled all of the east coast New York thru Georgia and by far a zero.

The facility was extremely dirty and couldn't get access to a cart until someone was finish folding their clothes in them, since there was only two folding tables for customers and the other tables employees had them too.

All the dryers and most of the washers was taken up by the laundry employee about 6 women. I had to wait for 30+ min just to put laundry in.
Don't waste your time there, you will regret it.

Honestly seen reason reviews make me believe place is going towards a good business and my opinion it's alright fair price and massage chairs are OK so only some people are not very friendly but who cares but be safe

Originally I thought maybe it was just a bad time for me to outsource laundry due to the weather and was committed to giving this company a follow up chance.

Prior to 2023: Made an online pick up to help out a friend. Received no feedback after 24 hours cancelled the order. Emailed the company and was given the now updated website. I waited a few weeks and submitted the order through the new website, and received no feedback. I emailed and they told me that they didn’t have an order for me, I provided them with a screenshot and they just said “yeah the driver has 14 orders and the van got stuck”. In an effort to protect the driver (weather was bad man) I cancelled my order, let them know then. They didn’t tell the driver and he ended up showing up about 5 hours after the emails had been sent. It was explained to him that it’d been cancelled, wished him safety and sent him on his way.

2023: Instead of putting in an online order that’s consistently had issues I decided to give them a call. Over the course of a couple days at random times (of their given open hours) I call to see if this is a regular thing I can setup, and the phone consistently rings and then hangs up.

I hope the service works out for you as expected, and wish it’d worked out the way we expected as well.

Drop off laundry service was fine, not expensive, only 20 cents more to do same day pickup, my clothes are well folded with care and packaged well. Definitely would come back

I had an excellent experience at this wash and fold! I brought in seven large bags of clothes, and the service was incredibly fast. The staff and owner were exceptionally friendly and helpful. My clothes came back spotless, fresh-smelling, and well-organized. The level of care and attention they put into their work really stands out. If you’re looking for a reliable place to get your laundry done, this is it! I highly recommend it to everyone and will definitely be returning.
