This laundromat is very racist and welling to steal from there customers and when you try to resolve the issue with Google translate, she act like she doesn't understand what Google translate is saying no but we just had a lengthy conversation in Spanish on Google but she doesn't get what I'm saying now I told her you or your employer show place in out of order sign on the game to prevent more unhappy customers in the future.
Usted o su empleador deben mostrar el cartel de fuera de servicio en el juego para evitar más clientes insatisfechos en el futuro. And she replied she doesn't understand now. They won't let me us the bathroom because I'm black but I've watched people with there kids come out the back room bathroom who where Spanish culture.

I’ve been coming to this laundromat for the longest time with no problem. Until one day I was just sitting there and a cockroach came out of one of the washers and made its way into one of the cracks. I was so shocked that I couldn’t even say anything.

it’s ridiculous that you pay to wash here (overpriced) and can’t use the bathroom. I’ll never be back that’s for sure ! Also why none of the employees speak English 🤔 …

My laundry bill was only $47.00 and they took a $24.00 gratuity. That is over 50% not the $20%. I can't get in touch with anyone. Phone goes to voice mail. Canceling.

Update: they reached out and explained that it is the program that post what your original tip. They were very helpful and will credit my next laundry bill. Not canceling.

Hi Laura,
We definitely can refund you the gratuity as we do not add gratuity on our end. This is something the customer can set up themselves when they create an online account. Our pre-set gratuity options goes up to 20% only and then customers can select a different amount in "Other amount" option. It seems in your account, $24 was inputted in the "Other amount" option.

You should see the refund in the next 3-5 business days.
