73 reviewsNo management on site or no phone number! Started a load at 6:30pm and I’m still waiting for it to finish and it’s 7:45! No way for me to open the washer and take my clothes to another washer. Bad customer service all around!
Hello William,
There were 4 employees on location, did you happen to ask for help? They usually reach out to me when there are inconveniences with machines. Also, our business number is clearly visible when you google the business which you did to give this review.
Do you make it a habit to give 1 star review to small business for fun? I noticed on your profile you give 1 star reviews to small business.
My money 5 doler the machine amty
Great place! Prices are fair and they are available when we need them. Laundry always turns out perfect.
Hi Katrina,
Thank you so much for your positive rating and continuing support!
Love this place....
We are incredibly grateful that you took the time out to leave us a 5-Star review.
Best laundry service
Overall satisfied, some minor complaints but nothing worth mentioning.
Pros:
1.Their stated hours say they open at 0700 but the doors automatically unlock at 0650
2. Their washing machines have PayRange so if you forget your cash/quarters, you can add money to PayRange and use that instead. It's also $1 cheaper for the wash through PayRange
3. They have massage chairs, vending machines, and an ATM
4. There's a Jack in the Box, Bartells, and Walgreens in the same strip mall so you can shop and/or grab something to eat while waiting for your laundry
5. Plenty of parking but, as with many places in SeaTac, kind of a shady area so be careful.
Cons:
1. They no longer unlock at 0500 so you'll have to deal with more people. Opening at 0500 was a huge bonus for me because I rarely had to deal with other people and could do my laundry in peace.
2. They lock all but one laundry cart up so if you're disabled, as I am, or have a large amount of laundry, you're screwed if you get there before the employees arrive and someone has already grabbed the one cart
3. They open at 0700 but the female employee doesn't get there until 0800 so if there's an issue, you're a bit stuck until she gets there.
4. Their dryers are apparently hooked up with PayRange as well according to the app but none of dryers have numbers so you'll still need to use coins.
Pro/Con (You decide):
1. The staff do ask the homeless to leave unless they're there to actually do laundry.
All in all, despite the cons, it's still a decent laundromat and it does exactly what it's supposed to do...clean your items. I've never had an issue with any of the machines, PayRange, or the ability to get quarters when I've needed them. I can't speak about the staff because I've never had any interaction with them. By the time the one employee gets there, around 0745-0800, I'm pretty much done and getting ready to leave.
As for the laundry cart issue, I solved that by by buying myself a smaller version and I just keep it in my car for a just in case situation.
Dear Kristy,
Thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry your experience didn’t fully match your expectations. Our business is set up to provide the best service possible to our customers as well as the safety of both customers and employees. For example, our business does not open at 5AM because the foot traffic at that time is from homeless individuals looking to hangout and destroy property. We leave one cart out because of theft from said homeless individuals.
All in all, we appreciate your patronage and continue business on our location.
Machines are available and all of them working properly. Prices are quite fair. Quiet place.
Recently had to use services due to bomb cyclone cutting our power for a couple days. Staff was very friendly and helpful during our unfortunate situation. Will use again in future
