Bad experience! Arrived at 8:20 and they told me I couldn’t wash my clothes! Had paid a Uber from hotel. Bad service

Hi Cheryl,

I'm sorry for your experience but Last Wash in our location is 8pm and close at 9pm. After speaking with my attendants, you still were able to wash your clothes last night after the last wash period ended.
