I called to report flooding from a washer and various debris all over the floor. There is no one there 24/7. The lady I called at 6:18pm said she would send someone out to tidy up. I’m leaving the laundry mat at 6:52pm and no one has showed up. As a military member that is PCS I needed a reliable laundry mat until my household goods arrived. Very disappointed for the price I paid.

My washer drain pipe had a leak and we had to find a place to wash some clothes while waiting for it to be repaired. This location is clean and in good repair so it worked for my needs. I felt the prices on the dryer were great but the washers were high. I chose to use a large machine instead of 3 small machines which saved me a few bucks. I used the largest dryer they had on medium heat for 28 minutes of the 32 and my clothes were still damp. These are just shirts, undies, and yoga pants- nothing heavy. There are only a few seats so I ended up in my car for a while, but which even with the windows down was uncomfortable in spring weather. I was also perplexed by the bathroom situation. Waiting almost an hour for the code is extreme. I have a medical condition and waiting that long is a problem for my urinary system. Also- if I had kids here is the solution to just let them have an accident? This was my reason for removing stars from what would gave otherwise been a positive experience.

Response from the owner

Thank you for you feedback. There is a disclaimer on the bathroom sign that it can take "up to" 45 minutes to receive a code. For example, if our staff is not in the store at the time of your visit or if we are driving and can't get to the text right away. Most codes are issued within seconds of the request and are assigned to you to use on every subsequent visit. If for some reason you don't receive a code, just call us and we will help you. Our customers appreciate that our bathrooms are safe, clean and secure for everyone and we control the access for that reason.

Our dryers are full cycle and are designed to be used for the full 32 minutes. If they are not overloaded, loads should be dry during that time. 4 minutes short (28 minutes) on a commercial dryer is a lot of heat and time that was not used. Again, we appreciate your feedback and hope that if you have a need for a laundromat again, that you reach out to us for help while on site - we answer our phones and want you to have a positive experience.

Update:
Changing my review to 5 stars!
It is so clean & nice.
I missed it before, but the sign on the bathroom door says you can get a code for entry if the attendant isn't available.
I haven't tried that yet.
Very clean, priced slightly less than another in town. Saving money these days is important.
I choose to do my laundry here.
