I've been coming here for two years. It used to be a fine place, but not so much lately. Their machines are constantly out of order. I don't go during a very busy time, but I was lucky to find an available wash this weekend because so many machines are out. On top of that, it seems their AC either isn't working now or they don't want to turn it on. The owners and staff are really quite nice and they're always willing to reimburse quarters lost to machines, but please, fix the issues.

EXTREMELY minimal parking and hard to turn around in the lot; I'm here on a Tuesday afternoon, and theres only 2 other people doing laundry here. I was also expecting all the washers and dryers to take PayRange but its only 5 washers and 3 dryers and its only the big ones that are more expensive. Also not to mention that most of the washers and dryers are Out of Order. I had high hopes for this place with the reviews but so far, besides it being empty in here, this place has been a bust. 😓

Clean facility with friendly staff. Nice price with plenty of room to sit. Only thing I didn't like is the machines are my quarters on occasion but the woman there was helpful with the situation.

So, I haven’t actually used their services, but when calling to get a quote on how much it would cost, i’ve been hung up on twice? All I have said is “Hi I’m hoping to get an estimate” and the call disconnects. I’m hoping this is just some error or glitch or something, but without any kind of pricing online, and not being able to call for an estimate it’s hard to justify bringing the items by.

They were more than accommodating and helped me with about 20 orders that needed to be done in one day for a bus full of people on a tour. The guests on the tour said their clothes looked like new and the price was the best they had seen during their whole trip. Thank you Rainbow Cleaners for taking care of us!!
