Our family used Rainbow Laundry's wash and fold service when our washing machine broke. We were excited to support a local business, unfortunately the wash and fold service was considerably more expensive than anticipated ($64.82 for one basket), was not same-day as advertised, and was inconvienent to bring home (each folded item was individually plastic wrapped so we had to unwrap and essentially refold). We were looking for a quick, affordable solution and didn't find one. Also, one pair of black jeans came back with a prominent bleach stain. We will keep them in mind in the future for self-service laundry needs rather than wash and fold.

I am sorry to hear about your experience. If you would be willing to stop by with the jeans I would be happy to discuss possible resolutions. Since we charge per pound for wash and fold we usually weigh the items when they are dropped off so there is no surprises on the pricing so I will follow up with our employees to make sure that is followed going forward. I will also make sure all of our employees are wrapping multiple similar items together to help keep them folder and returning them in either the container the customer dropped them off in or one of the larger bags that we usually place the folded laundry in to make it convenient to carry home. We do offer same day service at a slightly higher rate and if you can tell me where you saw that advertised I will make sure that is more clear to help avoid any confusion in the future. We are happy to hear you will consider us for self-service and we hope that you will give another chance to show how well we usually do wash and fold service.

Absolutely the best laundromat in uptown. The prices are reasonable, the dryers do a good hell of a job. There’s always someone up front if you need them and their actually mentally present. Roughly four seating spots including a picnic table that is sure handy. Did I mention Free WiFi? There’s two TVs that are decent but who really watches them anyways. Great folding stations and don’t forget that last load is 8:30 as the massive blue sign says. There is a parking spot with semi limited parking spots for also the surrounding businesses but that’s typical Uptown.
