Not very fast not going to be using them for wash dry fold services anymore on to the next laundry place

I have been a loyal customer to this establishment for over 30 years. They know me, they know how I do my laundry and they know that when I come in at 8:30 which is last wash, I'm always out by 9:45. Well last night I went at 8:39 and was told I could not wash my clothes. For knowing me and seeing me in there 3 times a week, she couldn't let the 9 minutes slide. I'm very disappointed and when I called to complain, i was told she was just doing her job. I am livid. All this from a business that ha s made good money off of me the last 30 years. I will say this. I will NEVER step foot in there again. I will drive 10 miles out of my way to give my money to
someone who appreciates it. Nice job Ray's. Nice way to treat a loyal customer.
