Hi Jeffrey, I owe you an apology if our signs weren’t clear on the restrooms. They are available for customers of the laundromat, that’s our only request. There are two restrooms located on the north side of the store for customers use.

I’ll address the signage and make it clearer in the future. I appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Hi Melissa, sorry to hear you had a bad experience. I believe I chatted with you while you were washing your clothes and we discussed how overloading the washer can leave little to no room for water and agitation of the clothing. With that large of a load of laundry, I’d recommend using the next size up for better results, if you were to give us another try. If not, we appreciate you visiting today and apologize for the inconvenience.

There are days I wish we could adjust the manufacturer’s sizing chart, because I agree, they do seem to suggest a higher capacity that is practical.
