First time visitors, not impressed. We got there and there was one available xxl washer. We loaded up and about to pay when we tried to latch the door we realized it wouldn’t shut. So we had to move all the clothes and split them amongst 2 other washers. The first washer I used the Dexterpay app to pay, it charged me $25 instead of $4 (used the promo code.) I stopped using the app to pay after that for fear of it actually charging me and not just pending $25. Waiting for our laundry to get done and there’s kids riding around in the carts and playing with the atm. We dried all of our laundry and there was one dryer that after an hour was still cold and wet, so I have to pay to dry all that load again in a different washer. It is pretty clean, there’s just regular laundry dirt all over the floor. It’s air conditioned which is nice. It is pricey, but I find that’s most laundromats, at least this ones not grubby.
Hey Zara, we’ll look at the door latch today to ensure everything is functioning well. Thanks for the heads up. For Dexter pay, the app does a pretty good job explaining the $25 charge, but that is just a holding charge. If you were to continue using Dexter pay during your visit, the total charges for your visit would settle against your account for the exact amount, and the $25 would only remain in pending status. It’s similar to a gas station pump where it needs to authorize the card for an anticipated amount, and then the proper amount will settle on your card.
Would be curious what dryer you had issue with or If you you had High heat selected. There are three temp setting, high, medium, or low. If you had a dryer number we can check on that machine as well, but we do clean lint daily, and all equipment is really new, so that would be unusual if it wasn’t heating up.
As far as the kids playing…. Well, we try to monitor that, but it can be a challenge at times.

I met the owner and he was super kind. The place was so clean, definitely cleaner then alot of places. All the machines are brand new and work greatly. I recommend this laundry mat. Definitely coming back.
