Always dirty but looks better new MGMT now.Expensive!
Hi Just, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I think you may have meant the store used to be dirty, our team works hard every day to keep it spotless now. Prices did go up a bit compared to the previous owner, but they also couldn’t sustain the business. We’ve focused on keeping our rates in line with or even below the local market while making sure the store is clean and well-run. If there’s anything specific we can do to earn those extra two stars, we’d love the chance to improve.

So glad this is under new ownership! I live in this community and the owners prior didn't care. I had the pleasure of meeting the new owners last night! Very nice family! Thank you for having a clean, well lit, and secure place for me to do my laundry. They put up a 24 Hour open sign last night while I was there!

It took so many quarters and so much time to dry my stuff, it was ridiculous. Even on the highest heat the dryers were barely warm, we used several different dryers and they all worked bad. I'm never coming back

Today I left my clothes longer than usual because I had an accident in my car and I returned later than usual. When I returned, my clothes were not there and I was worried. I looked for a way to contact someone I could and I was able to contact a kind young lady who helped me solve the problem. My clothes are stored in lost and found and I was able to recover my clothes. Excellent service. Thank you for responding efficiently to my request. 10 out of 10.
