The facility was very very very clean and the person on staff didn't sit (working) once during the 2 hours I was there. She was patient and helpful.

Facilities are fine, but the parking lot was treacherously icy today. I was cringing watching older customers attempt to navigate it. No excuse for this kind of neglect.

Lady was very rude and disrespectful. We walked in I was carrying my dog and this lady was spitting food as she yelled I couldn't have my dog in there. I let her know she should have a sign that says no pets. There were only had 3 large washing machines anyway that were all in use, so we left.

Came at 9:30 last admittance was 9:45 drove 40 miles to come do laundry place closes at 11 pm lost my business for life.
