My car broke down and I had to switch laundromats. I chose because it's within walking distance. But I soon found out how much nicer this place is. Emmanuel and Marie are super nice and helpful. They keep the place clean and when I left home without my dryer sheets they had me covered with the ones they have for sale.

8/2018 - Clean and quiet. A couple of machines down. New management and employees; Abraham was very friendly, helpful, and attentive to customers and the facility. Prices a little high, but it's downtown, so not surprising.

Wonderful laundry mat very clean there is an attendant if you need anything. The washers and dryers work. This is one of the best places in grand rapids. The only thing i dont like is it can get very packed and i cant get the big washers i need. But other than that best place in town to come do laundry.

I love that laundromat started coming there 32 years ago when I moved to Grand Rapids and I live on the other side of town now and that is the only laundromat I have been going to for 32 years and today I seen one of the owners I think the other owner what's her son he was a kid the last time I seen him but I love that place the people are so nice and the place is always clean happy holidays

Great Idea for a 24 hr wash. However customers need to be more neat and clean up behind themselves.

Each time I visited was accompanied by unjust treatment. The employees are bitter, spiteful and just plain rude. I have given up hope, and will be taking my business elsewhere. I recommend others do the same.
