I really enjoy the flexibility of Rinse, especially when I need the next day turn around. A lot of apartments in Cambridge lack in-unit washer/dryers and next-day delivery is a lifesaver in emergencies!

I love Rinse, I don't know how I'd find the time to do my laundry without them.

I live in Boston and signed up 3 years ago when the elevator in my building broke down. This caused me to effectively live in a 6th floor walk-up, with laundry in the basement, which was not exactly what I signed up for. The elevator was out of service for almost 6months, and Rinse was a life-saver. I'd buzz them in and they brought the laundry all the way up to my door. I don't know how I would have gotten by with out them.

Fast forward to today, I've since moved. My new place has in-unit laundry.. I thought I'd cancel, but I still use Rinse..

Sometimes I throw a load in myself, but honestly, they just do it better. All the services are great - obviously I am a regular wash & fold user, but dry cleaning is excellent and all very quick!
