Extremely Disappointed – Would Not Recommend

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this cleaner. I sent in a designer jacket worth over $300, and it came back with both belt loops missing. I was told there was “no way” the cleaning process could have caused the damage, despite the fact that the loops were there when I dropped it off. Instead of taking real accountability, they gave me a refund of just $67—the cost of cleaning—when the jacket itself is now ruined and unwearable.

I spent time digging through my photos and trying to prove what should have been taken seriously from the start. Their response was vague, dismissive, and ultimately unhelpful. If you value your clothes—especially high-quality or designer items—do not bring them here.

Mistakes can happen, but how a business chooses to handle them is what really matters. And in this case, it was handled incredibly poorly.

I’m so thankful that they helped fold my laundry. I’ve never had pretty laundry like this before I spent hours and hours at home doing laundry by myself. I felt like a princess that fact that I could afford to find my own delivery service. I was a really embarrassed becauseI’m not used to people doing my laundry, but I’m really thankful that I had the service.
