Do not recommend….. I was charged without my consent even though I asked over 10 times how much it would be….. I needed to know before consenting to the order and was NEVER told!!!! They just kept sending me their pricing table. I needed the exact weights and total. It was all withheld from me!!

Also all the stuff was delivered blocking my whole door way so i couldn’t even get in.

Happy to share the several emails and text messages corresponding with them regarding this matter.

Rinse has provided me excellent service for the last five years doing laundry I could not possibly have hauled to a laundromat myself. It is a little pricy but has totally been worth it in my opinion. Great service all around. Totally satisfied customer.

I live in ATL. My son lives in BOS. He was in the hospital for 7 days, so I decided to use rinse and have his laundry washed and folded for him. Rinse worked with me and my son’s roommate. Everything went smoothly. My son is still recovering in Chicago, but will be surprised and appreciative when he gets home to Boston!
