I’ve twice had issues with their drop off and had to track down where the delivery ended up. Most recently they left my order at the wrong door- hopefully my neighbor will bring it over. If you use them, just be prepared to have to chase your order down any possibly not get your stuff back.

Update (12/15) the company contacted me not just here but via phone. They seemed to understand and care about the situation. I was given a credit and tried them again. This time went WAAAYYY more smoothly. Clothes were clean and everything was picked up and came back in a timely fashion.

For single moms like me who have medical issues, this service can be a big help. It’s good to know they listen and are trying to improve.

Unreal. I’ve used the service a few times since I am a single mom who underwent spine surgery recently. The second time I used them a few of my items came back dirty. I just rewashed them at home and gave it another chance. Didn’t even bother to say anything because we had a good first time experience before that and figured it was a fluke.

Today, the driver showed up and didn’t even wait. He claims he came back but my son was going from the apartment to the lobby waiting for him and he took off again. I am in recovery and my kid is 14. We don’t have an elevator in our building. Maybe waited a couple of minutes and never rang the bell. The second time I didn’t know he even came back since I was speaking with customer service. When they said he was outside he had already written he had left. I’m never using this service again. They don’t care about their customers. They only care about money and it is not cheap. For something the price they want to charge, you would expect to have better service. Never again.

Hi Jennifer- I've been able to locate your account and after doing some research, I can completely understand your frustration at Rinse and the service we provide. Although I haven't had spine surgery before, I too have a bad lower back and have a 13 year old daughter that I ask help from often so I can relate to you. In addition, I'm a customer too so I know the premium you're referencing and the expectation that comes with it -- world class service and Valets that following instructions. I was having trouble finding the time to bring all my large comforters to the laundromat, and Rinse was the perfect solution. Everything was picked up and dropped off on schedule, and there was clear communication the entire time. Bedding came back clean and folded so there's nothing more I could have asked for.
