My washer broke and I needed laundry done quickly. I was able to order laundry service plus a rush order fee and have 16 lbs of laundry washed, dry, folded with pickup and drop off done in 24 hours. Cost was $52 ($42 plus $5 driver tip each for valet pickup and drop off of laundry which included $8 rush fee and $20 discount).

Rise is a terrible company that does not care about you. I did not receive my Next Day Delivery within the stated 24 turnaround time. I'm on a business trip and ran out of clean clothes. They do not honor the satisfaction guarantee, let alone apologize for their mistakes.
