Regarding the unattended clothes in the dryers, while we do our best to maintain an orderly environment, it's ultimately each customer’s responsibility to manage their own laundry. We encourage everyone to stay with their clothes or set timers to return promptly. We also apologize if our attendant’s response was less than satisfactory. We will be reviewing our customer service practices to make sure all concerns are handled with the attention and care they deserve.

We implemented a small price increase of 25 cents per machine due to the rising operational costs in the industry. We understand that price changes can be frustrating, and we strive to keep our rates as fair as possible while maintaining the quality service.
