Very rude lady that works there..... The 2 good things a huge washer and one quarter gives you 6 minutes of dry time. I recommend going to Sunshine laundry in Salem very clean, awesome employees. It just got renovated now has a beach calm feeling 10 out of 10 service. I went to Riverside for the oversize washer, because no power from the noreaster. but didn't expect such rudeness.

The attendant was rude. Then was talking about her issues with customers and locals in front of me to other patrons. I needed tokens to use the larger machine so I went to purchase them with a roll of quarters it upset the clerk I wanted to keep a few dollars in quarters for the dryers. That's what started her on talking about her issues which just included me. If people are spending money at your establishment then have some respect.

If your looking for a nice, clean laundromat in Derry then definately go here. Theres 2 more around in the area, but I would stick with Riverside. Theres plenty of machines for washing and drying. Also, plenty of space to fold your clothes afterwards. The employees are super friendly and nice and usually give you pointers if you are new to the laundromat.

Arrive 7:40 on. Loaded 2 washers. Employee gives me a nasty "are you going to start those now? I said yes. You are open until 9pm correct? She said yes but last wash is 7:30. I noted there were no such signs and she said if I would only wash she'd "allow it". I told her no indeed I had to dry as well. I won't return .or recommend to anyone. If you have a policy have it in writing where customers can see.
