Always do my laundry here great people, example... I was rushing around and forgot my laundry detergent and my dryer sheets in my friends car and and the lady that was working there that night kept telling me to calm down and relax and basically breath lol
she helped me with detergent and some quarters because I had to use a few different dryers because it was getting time for closing and I only had my card and enough quarters for one dryer.
I got quaterers from my change for the machine to buy a box that only came with two dryer sheets and it wasn't enough so a man that was doing his laundry there offered me to take as much as I needed of his.
(He could have ignored the fact that i was upset but he didn't) and going to the store next store would have taken more time and i didn't want to keep the lady there any longer than she had to.
I know it sounds like something so small, but not to me, When i first came in there I was a mess and all over the place with stress but left there really appreciative and thankful.
Sorry so long but wanted to say thank you again to the understanding nice woman working that night and also the kind man doing his laundry there.
Little things matter, expessialy when the little things are huge to someone else!! I really appreciated your kindness and help!!!

I use the wash, dry & fold service.
Riverside is amazing. The employees are so friendly. They do an amazing job of washing and folding. Free pick up and delivery.
I had a spine operation and the service has been a big help to me. I just couldn't bend to get the clothes in and out of the machines. The pain was unbelievable. I found out about this place and I haven't stopped using them since.
You call the day before you want a pick up. You can do it once a week every other week or once a month. Whatever is more convenient for you. It usually comes back between 3:00 to 4 hours all folded and fresh. They drop it off in your hall or porch you don't have to be home.

Very nice and helpful workers! Everything is easy and quick! A little pricey but worth it to get all your laundry done at once and in a short time.

Friendly staff, however unfortunately I brought my winter coat in to have 4 patches sewn on and a couple holes repaired
Picking up the coat I saw the patches were not in the position I had wanted. They questioned that also but didn't bother to call me and confirm the proper locations, the attendant even took a picture of it so I don't know why they went ahead and guessed. When I looked at it further the patches aren't even straight, 3 of them are crooked and they left one hole unsewn.
Very unfortunate as this coat is 24 years old and my favorite.
A waste of 55 dollars.
I'll bring it somewhere else to hopefully have it fixed
