Great laundromat. I used to live close by and came here regularly. Washed my own clothes sometimes and got the wash and fold when I was busy; Both are great. Very clean and spacious. Very friendly staff. The owner is always around in case you need help or have questions. Love this place ❤️❤️❤️

The owner is very nice and helpful; is a great place to get your clothes clean and jam out to a few tunes. The wash and fold service is amazing and something I would highly recommend. Definitely my favorite laundromat in town!

I’d washed my blankets it’s 10 AM on a Sunday they closed the doors locked them and turn the lights off my blankets are still at the laundromat and no one is around lights are off doors are shut ! Becafe with this place .. phone number is out of. Service .. !!! WTH

Have been needing a laundromat for short term, doing the laundry myself. Go to Wash Tub on Tunxis Hill in Fairfield. Delightful experience, have used 3 times now over the last few weeks.

I came today to have clothes washed and folded.

I asked is it possible that I wash & dry my clothes and for them to fold them.

The Lady told me Yes and because we are washing & drying it will only be 60 cents per pound.

I was happy and decided to give them my business.

When the time came to have my clothes folded the same lady who told me yes shook her head & said no.

I was outraged & decided to give my review as my compensation to how I was treated today.

There are better places than here, Horrible Customer Service.
