The owner is so friendly and cheerful. I just started bringing my clothes here and didn't even know they had a wash/dry/fold service. Now I drop off my clothes every week and get a text when they're folded and ready for pick up. The service, quality, and personal touch provided here is second to none! Horrible customer service, utterly terrible!

I have been coming to this laundromat ever since the laundromat nearby closed down, it has been awhile.

Today I came to wash my clothes, when I was loading my clothes into a machine when this guy who was fixing another machine came up to me and said that i should use 2 machines instead of one because my load was too heavy for the machine, he also said that the machine has a capacity of 15 pounds, my clothes probably weighed about 20 pounds or so. I have also been using the same machine with the same amount of load everytime I come to this laundromat, so I put all my clothes in the machine and it did not break down or anything. The man came up to me again and asked me how many machines I used, I said I only used one, then he started to argue with me. He told me to never come back here and I can't use the dryers, he even proceeded to turn the dryers off, I finally told him that he can't just kick out a customer, so he said that I can use the dryer, leave and never come back.

I am disgusted at customer service, and sadly will not come back.
