Absolutely awesome! Super clean and organized all new machines I love everything except the fact I brought all my quarters from change jar and no way to exchange them for laundry services if they would be so kind to have a machine that takes quarters or a way to convert them into use that would be great for customers and for them ,thank you Rochester laundry for having a great place to do laundry

Was feeling distraught because we had a weird issue with my card being declined but the owner was super responsive helped me figure everything out & credited my account! Facility is very clean, nice size machines with typical pricing. Doesn't seem to be crazy busy which is always a plus for an antisocial person!
